All KaDo bags are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for delivery to ensure each piece meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Shipping times may vary based on location and production schedules.
Due to the handmade nature of our bags, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Items must be inspected upon delivery, and any issues must be reported within 30 days.
Care Instructions
- Hand wash in cold water, or machine wash on cold at the lowest spin cycle.
- Lay flat to dry in a well-ventilated area.
- Please remember that each KaDo bag is handmade, so slight variations or imperfections are part of its unique character. Handle with care to maintain its quality and artisanal charm.
